The cuisine is generally American. Appetizers are wonderful, they have home-made, beer-battered mozzarella sticks (sometimes so big we've jokingly called them Mozzarella Logs), Cheesy Potato Munchers (cheese, shredded potato, and jalapenos, beer-battered, and served with ranch dressing or salsa - also home-made), spinach artichoke dip, quesadillas and many other choices.
For the non-drinker of alcohol, I recommend their very own root beer, also home-made. I'm not much for beers, but I've enjoyed their Whitetail Wheat, one of their lightest brews.
A wide variety of entrees are available, in a variety of price ranges. I've enjoyed most of the dishes on the Sandwhich menu, from a variety of hamburgers, to Armenian chicken, beer-battered fish, to vegetarian entrees such as their Portabella Philly (cheese-"steak") and grilled cheese pesto (both of which are *excellent*).
I haven't tried nearly as many dishes on their dinner menu, seeing as I was a student at the time, but I know they offer steaks, lasagna, and fish, and I know it's very good food.
