Basically, they suck. Monday is possibly the worst day of the week. As you walk up to the office doors that sinking feeling sets in. I think that Mondays should be banned form being a working day. It may cause a lot of problems, but hey ! Oh well, back to the grindstone !

Couldn't agree more. Mondays suck bigtime 
If we have to work them, then the least they should do is pay us double the normal rate, with the extra amount handed to you in cash as you walk in the front door.
Not a perfect solution, but better than nothing
