Hey, look who's back! So how've you been?

Okay, you?

We're all hunky dory aren't we guys? You know when I was small and someone asked how I was I'd really tell them how I was rather than saying fine, and then mam would tell me off because they were just asking to be polite

Otherwise if I was being rude, I'm actually really appalling.

I don't like answering the question "How are you?" because the answer is almost always negative, so if I actually answer it I get told off, and I don't want to lie. Once I got into a big argument with my mum and my sister about the question "How are you?" they were saying how it just counts as a polite greeting sort of, but I was saying that even though that may be, people shouldn't ask it unless they really want to know how the person is... *coughs nervously* Sorry for the rant.

Don't worry, I do it all the time, usually punctuated with "how's life?" and "Are you well?" all the time, so I get told off and i drive people mental.

Yeah. So I usually answer "How are you?" and questions of that nature with neutral indefinite responses like "Meh." But yeah, for anyone who is reading this, when I ask someone how they are, I actually want to know how they are so don't worry about answering truthfully if it is a negative response. Anyway... I should probably be going to bed. *yawns*
