How do I get out of this web? Definitiely spending too much time here given that a) the research project is hotting up and b)I've just been given my renewal of contract forms and, as I want to extend, I have to produce a teaching portfolio (if you don't know, don't ask) before 14th March.

The latter -went to China for a haircut! Today is a fourteen hour working day.I really ought _not_ to be here.
