The Universal Laws of Life entries brought to mind 2 Laws of Driving that occured to me some time ago:
1: The distance you are from a vehicle that pulls out in front of you is directly proportional to the distance that vehicle will be going before it turns.
2: The speed at which a vehicle pulls out in front of you is inversely proportional to the speed at which that vehicle will progress down the road.
