Why did I join h2g2?

Geagte Willem,
You have known me for many more than five years.!! Joining h2g2 was one of the first tings that I ever did after I got this new computer. Which is now an old one as I have had it since the turn of the century!!. We just did not correspond very regularly. Nou is ons ou vriende!
What are you doing for Christmas. Is your sister coming to you with her little family?
I hope you have a su[per time. I loved seeing your photograph in the special collection. Sadly I ccnot remember who started it but it was really a good idea.
Lots of things to do. Keep well. Hope your sale is going well.

Is it really five years since you were 75, Christiane? It seems like yesterday.
Oh yes, I'd love to come to see you. I like the sound of fishing in the rockpools. 
... and the thought of warmer weather.
