The Sixties

The young kids of today must be fed up with us wrinklies talking about the good old days of the sixties with the Beatles, The Stones, The Who etc.
The thing is though two of the groups mentioned, The Stones and the Who are still doing the rounds with a great following of both young and old. And the Beatles are still the most talked about Pop Music phenomenon along with Elvis Presley of all time.
Most of the artistes of the eighties have long since disappeared and despite come back tours which had to be cancelled due to lack of support even some of the nineties stars have faded into oblivion.
