will get round to making this journal a bit more exciting when back on day shifts but thats not for a few weeks as im off to the Caribbean on monday..yipppeeee!!!

1. how did Liverpool lose tht game tonight. i only watched the first half and they were all over 'em.
2. whats the best way to keep pretnding that you'd rather shop with your girlfriend than play golf/drink beer/ watch paint dry
3. if my boss asks me for one more lot of 110% effort (one of my hates) how do i stop from screaming profanities at her?
