AHHHH!!!!!!!
ok ok *breathe!* AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
FESTIVAL ROCKED!
People kept saying spring creek (rivals from over the hill...) was really good so we were really nervous
we played jazz band stuff first:
After youve gone
Angel eyes
Spain
Blue rondo a la turk (my solo that our stupid sec leader stole *pouts*)
and we thought we did ok.... then concert band (mostly the freshmen and sophtmores) and we played:
Children of the shrine
Childs lulaby
Last ride of the poney express
Make a joyful noise (we played in honor band!)
and we did ok
then our wind ensomble (srs jrs and a few others... like me! :P)
played:
Novo Leneo
Emperata oveature
defying gravity
Peace maker
and yeah...
so we go to school the next day to find out our scores
OUR JAZZ BAND GOT A 1+ !!!!!!!!! ahhhh!!!!!! 1+ is the best score and 5 is the worst... so yeah! WE DID GREAT! we got the highest score of the day outta umpty some bands! a 98 outta 100!!!!!!!!!
then our concert band got a 1!!!.. not 1+ but hey!
we got a 94 outta 100!
and our wind ensomble got a 95 outa 100!
WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
we did AWSOME! and by the way I looked awsome too :P
