Tomato & pepper flowers

All of the little toms have started to show signs of flowers coming, despite their stunted growth. It's like an orphanage for drawfs. I'm not sure what this means as they are currently one third of what one researcher said they should be at this time of year. Maybe there is still a chance of a couple of fruits per plant. Something which would make smile all day. I don't think you can ask too much for the first year.
Also, the peppers which have just sat there for months have very slowely shown signs of flower heads tightly nestled in the core of each plant. The leaves look healthy so I think I might be onto a winner.
The peas have continued to shoot upwards and all the plants now need support. I have a fear about how close they are together. What happens if these plants are two squashed? Is it just a water issue or food?
