That wasn't so very bad. No long lines. Voted Democrat. Only about ten people outside with crazy surveys about "voting in the Bronx", like anyone cares....
I witnessed the most dramatic stumble i've ever seen in my life. I know we've all seen someone stumble, and have probably, on ocassion been the stublee ourselves. This guy though, he over-did his stumble. He never actually falls, which lends the whole thing a sort of rehersed feel. I mean, there should be rules about stumbling with grace.
As we were walking up to the voting facility, (a public middle school)this older guy walks out and starts going down the front steps. Only he stumbles, and he doesn't just do like the rest of us, who look around quickly, and try to regain balance ASAP, so no one sees us- NO, this guy stumbles AGAIN on the NEXT set of steps (like he didn't learn, even after almost losing his front teeth, that the he needs to watch his friggin' step), and then, he CONTINUES to stumble all the way down, flapping his arms around, like the flightless chicken that he probably is, and yelling "whoa, whoa", until he finally gets down to our level. My sister and I looked at each other and we couldn't even laugh (usually that's all it takes), it was that crazy. Then he turns to us and say, (quite unessesarily, I think) "be careful on the steps, girls" and keeps walking. What an idiot. With that in mind, I went in and cast my vote.
