Have you clicked to the link to the obese girl by chance ? They say she needs to lose 20 stone to get to a healthy weight for her 5'6" - which would still leave her with 14 ! stone 
They must be kidding, no way is 14 stone a healthy weight for 1,68 m

I'm shocked I thought people said it was bad for you now they are saying its good. I believe that its a case of moderation a little bit of this and that can work wonders but too much and it works the other way.
