Hello Girls,
I think I can say that because at the moment none of the men in our little cargo have got me on their friends list and what with Jason being my ex fishhusband and all!!! SO they won't get this journal entry automatically arriving on their page. MEN EH!!!
Not much else to report at the moment what have you lot all been up today?
I'm going to celebrate surviving this long by having a glass of ! Care to join me anyone?
Lots of to my girlfriends

Hi BDG,
Been at work today
Went to visit a friend who's son has broken his leg. He's out of the country so mum feels especially down.
Fly sent me and my man a virtual anniversary card - 11 years today. Fly is soooooo lovely. We are all going out for dinner later. Will be fun and as I'm starving I can't wait!
Can I catch-up with the when I get back home? That's if there's any left!!!
Catch you later - hope you and all our lovely girlfriends have a lovely time in here tonight!!
to all of you, Corrie

Hi B
Good to hear from you. I'm in something of an anxious state as we are still waiting to hear from the school.
However, I have been for my massage therapy this afternoon with my friend and mentor Ann (she's taught me just about everything I know about therapies) and she has helped me accept the situation.
I'll join you in later!

Good Afternoon
Corrie: congratulations on your anniversary and enjoy your meal; I think anniversaries are really special, couldn't believe it earlier this year when my brother-in-law and his wife celebrated their 20th and didn't do anything at all!
Don't worry about none of the guys adding you to their friends list, BDG, I don't figure there either! Maybe there afraid of us! or they just don't have our pc skills!
PG: trust everything goes OK with the school - only 2 days till Bike Day - that's worth a !
So my day has been good - breakfast meeting first thing, then got some really good work out of the way, had a couple of calls for some more work and almost finished another unit on my course. Downside - I put a couple of chicken breasts in the oven as I needed cooked chicken for tonights dinner - then got involved in work, and thought there was an odd smell throughout the house, suddenly, ahhhhhhh, remembered the chicken, so now its pasta with tomato sauce!
'im-in-doors has got the Explorer Scouts tonight - going climbing, which should be fun for them all, so I can get on with some other Scouting stuff!
Catch up with you all later for a glass or two of

Hi Corrie
Happy Anniversary! I just heard someone guess Lucy Berry on the Mystery Voice but it was wrong. I didn't hear the caller's name it wasn't you was it?
I can't find any smileys since I've changed the look of the page so it's boringly plain!
Have a nice meal tonight and catch you later.

Hi Helen and all the girls,
I missed that! No it wasn't me. Did think it was Lucy Berry though. Bet we'll all kick ourselves when we do find out. There is something so familiar about the voice. Hope I don't miss hearing the winner - always seem to do that. The good news is my darling Matt has just got back with my car radio fixed.
You need to have your page set to 'Brunel' I think for the smileys to work. Listen to me, thick as cow poo, trying to help. Haven't got any text on my page yet, but think I know what to do.
Don't tell anyone, but I've just had a (no spaces, Ruth!) and a lovely long soak - feel mega relaxed and looking forward to a scrummy dinner.
PG - I know I've missed something about the school issue. Can only hope all is well, or will be. You and PB seem like wonderful, responsible parents and whatever the problem is, I think I know you enough to know that you will do what's best. IMO being a parent is the greatest gift in life but nothing has ever prepared me for the depth of love, compassion, worry and concern I have for my children.
Has Essjay's lover made it to Romania yet? Could someone tell them that I've cooked their dinner. I've set aside the 'private' room at the back of the North Side. Music is playing softly, there is ambient lighting, candles on the table and the dinner is in the hostess tray. petals are scattered over the huge comfy bed. The is chilled. Shellay has kindly given loan of her Maybe we should give the Shepherd's Kitchen a wide berth tonight and nestle down in here.
Have a lovely night everyone.

Hi Girls
thanks for the bit Corrie - I realised after I'd pressed the 'post' button!
Think I'll have a look around here tonight and see where I end up, but will give the north end a miss!
Kids! Last week we gave the Explorers all the information they needed for tonight - meeting place and time to be there and picked up afterwards - out of 11 people I have had 4 text messages and 3 phone calls all wanting to know the time they have to be at the RV. And the meeting is tonight!
Best get on with the Explorer website so that it is continually updated with all the relevant information!
So what's everyone drinking?

Another bottle of coming up!
Am trying to 'spice up my page' and am getting there slowly! Should be doing some work on the Scout Website, but thought this would be the easier option!
I keep getting sidetracked between here and the CB - have left R2 alone for a while, it's getting just a tad repetive!!
So what have you found in your travels around h2g2 - anything of interest?

Well I must away for some as it's been a long day, and another long day ahead tomorrow!

Good Morning Girls! How are you all? Yes, Corrie, to put your mind at rest Tom did arrive safely last night! I'm afraid he wasn't able to do justice to the sumptuous feast you had left in the North End Kitchen though... nor the petal strewn bed.... Many years ago, in his previous life, I think he contracted some form of virus (which manifests itself like malaria) and when he gets really, really tired (which he is at present...) he goes down like a felled California Redwood. He arrived at 18.00 and by 20.30 was ashen, running a fever, and alternately freezing and boiling. Up until Sunday midday, he'd worked 84 hours, then followed that by a 12 hour road journey from Erfoud to Casablanca, then followed that by two flights to end up here in Romania. Not surprising then that he was a tad under the weather. I left him this morning, sleeping like a drunk, wrapped up in the entire duvet... he'll sleep for about 12-14 hours and then be as right as rain. We'll put the remains of the feast in the microwave and have it again tonight as well. I put the petals gently aside... I hope they won't be too curled up and tinged with brown by tonight!! I'm sure when he wakes a and a piece of will also do much to restore his sapped strength!!
The boss is back today - his father in law died on Sunday, so he and his wife (who also works with us) have been absent for the last two days. The funeral was yesterday so we've all been a bit down. I think it's a relief for them actually - he had cancer and had just got to the point where the Doctors were starting him on morphine pain control. No one wants a loved one to pass away, but I don't think anyone actually wants a loved one to suffer either. In some ways a blessing.
So - that's what I've been up to in the past 24 hours.... today we had a strange combination of rain and snow... but it wasn't sleet. It fell as large flakes, but when it hit you it hurt!
Will try and catch you later, but now things are hotting up workwise, I may be able to spend less time socialising. Do forgive me - I'm not being antisocial! I will keep checking on what you are all up to!
Take care and hope you all have a lovely day full of and .

We'll still be here!
I am sorry to hear about your boss's father-in-law. Absolutely agree with your views.
Sorry, too about Mr. Essjay. Hope he feels better soon. Action replay tonight, then. I'll get 'The Special Room' ready.
Going now to finish the Ruth gave me then I must tidy-up.
Have a good day at work. Hope your boss is alright.
