h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Tonight I got back from Norfolk, after saying my final farewells to my mum. Whilst up there, my dad informed me that my 'friend' had been ringing him practically every day bugging him to give my phone number.

This 'friend' is not a really close one, he became an acquaintance and sort-of hung on whilst I tried to get on with my life. He is a letch, he has tried it on with me a few times, and I haven't been too pleased, and there are a lot of things about him that I do not like, especially this way he bugs people by phoning them every day until he gets what he wants.

Now my real friends, if they phoned my dad to ask for my number, and he said no to them, they would leave it, and trust that I would get back to them. I haven't exactly had a good time of it, especially today, so hearing that my dad, who has been ill himself with a fever this week, gets bugged by this annoying little man, and is angry himself at it, riles me also to anger. I sent this man an e-mail to let him know what I thought of him, and I told him to wait a bit longer.

No need to reply to this one at all, I just needed a rant!

I feel much better now, I spoke to said 'friend', who apologised, quite a lot, so I am not so angry now.
