Ok, I don't know what I have done to offend anyone, but whatever is going on I want it to stop!!!

Providence, my sister, joined up here a while back. She left a message in my PS, and the h2g2 moderators have just emailed me to say that my replies to her have broken the house rules and have been removed.
Now I'm going to copy and paste from their email the reply I wrote here again and see what happens.

Here it is:
"PROVI!!!
Hey sweety, now what the heck are you doing online when you are at
Varsity? How'd you manage to get on anyway?"

This was a private conversation between her and me anyway. I see no swearing, I see no bad language, there is no innuendo, it doesn't give out personal information - I see nothing wrong with that!

I see the entire message has actually been taken off my PS, yet in her original one to me I don't remember there being anything wrong in it either! I'm horribly upset about that and I'd like this whole thing to PLEASE stop!!!
It's breaking my heart here!

Ok, so right now I'm still an emotionalwreck in genral, but this really hurts me. *sniff*

Ray, hunny.. it could be because of what we call 'jig-saw' information.

Prov isn't an adult, so she needs protecting online to prevent her RL identity being found out. Now, you have given lots of information about yourself in hootoo, so to name her school/college could be seen as giving too much information on her.

You can appeal to the h2g2 Editors. When they reply, you can then offer to delete that part of the conversation.

Please remember, there is no privacy in Hootoo, only the illusion of it.

Raven, there is nothing to be done it's pointless appealing to modorators, I'm not sure how pointless it is to appeal to the Italics now that Jimster's gone, Give Natalie a call and see what she has to say, she is reasonable
