Ok, so I was talking to Blondie and the topic was magazines, right.

So now we're talking about men's and women's magazines and after arguing about it, she has now decided that any man who reads men's magazines must be gay.

She was trying to work out how men can possibly read the drivel in men's magazines. So I figured I'd use comparative arguing against her and...well ......it didn't quite come out too well...

Coz my argument came out like this...:

"Well, women read women's magazines because they are full of women and womenly things, so it follows that men read men's magazines, because they are full of...well......men...?"

I'd read women's magazines if they were full of semi nekkid (or fully nekkid) men

Well if you argue like that the men sound like they should be going for the women's magazines an vice versa. I used to read mens mags like Nuts and Zoo but then they got too much like all the other ones with 'latest BB hottie' and all that rubbish. They used to be good because they were funny, informative AND had women in them. If I wanted to see naught but nekkid women I'd buy porn instead.

Blondie says that Cosmo is actually a men's magazine because it gives men valuable insight into a woman's psyche...

I've never really seen the point of Cosmo either

We have Men's Health and Shape magazine in the doc's rooms...

The only magazines you get in our Dr's waiting rooms are Women's Own, Women's Weekly and the like, God knows what men read or maybe it's only women that get sick

I *used* to work in a call centre, you can get very bored there when the call volumes are low

Yeah, and then they decided to close my department and wanted me to move to a high pressure sales department (they only had vacancies there, not surprisingly). I didn't want to go there so I left the company.

Nah - you probably just missed the Cosmo's too much!

Actually, it's the trashier end of women's magazines that I miss. 'Take a Break', 'Pick me Up' etc All those 'real-life' stories and piccys of kids/pets doing silly things. Honest
