Of course he knew all the time that I was the one, and the other one would never last.

Of course he cried and was miserable for a very long time.

Of course I promised to forgive.

Of course all the talk of my weight was just a clever shift of focus from his odd behaviour.

Of course.

Of course I am not useless, worthless, no point in improving myself.

Of course he STILL expects me to lose 5 kg!

Of course.

The good news is that we are talking again.

He really has been miserable for a long time, and now that he has really broken up, and moved on, back to me, he is more like himself.

He admits that he was unfair to me. I admit that I wasn't as loving as I could have been, but when he treated me badly, how could I be sweet.

We are working on loving eachother again. Not quite there yet, trust is hard to build, but at least we are trying.

I may be an idiot not to throw him out.

But I also, quietly, secretly, think of back up plans. He isn't getting a second chance. This is it. If he strays again, he's busted.
