I do dreaming! I do planning! You just can't see it because my head isn't transparent and easily seen from Austria!
Just because my dreaming and planning isn't as positive as yours...

Oh dear! You got me wrong! The “at least” in my post wasn’t directed to you, but to myself… cause I’m always dreaming and planning… but I never turn anything into reality.

Well wait until you have your degree and then we'll see about making some of those dreams a reality. Without a degree these things are rather more....tricky. Besides you were dreaming about being able to watch films on your TV a couple of months ago and hey presto it became a reality

Yeah… the degree… as if that bloody paper was the goal of my life.
What about watching movies on Telly? I’ve been watching TV all my life – that’s not really a dream, that’s life.

okay okay let's see. You dream of going to California...okay let's get you there! I can at least pay for you to get there...can't get you back or anywhere from the airport but still!
Perhaps a more achievable goal at 2:30am?

DA ; Simply Vicky: Don't get pithy with me! Posted Dec 26, 2004
I have been reading the conversation between you two women and ing! (Not unkindly, really) but you are both so young! I would love to be 17 again (I'd still be at school) and know then what I know now. My son is 17, and will be 18 in February. My other son is getting upset at being 29 next May. I am ahem, er, 50-something. Half a century!
And I have never been to Southern California. (Actually, I'd rather visit Austria.)

Thanks for the good wishes, Adelaide! Now that the grumpy days are over everything looks a lot friendlier again . I’m not looking forward to New Year’s Eve though – I’m always getting sentimental when a year is over! So here is my plan: staying at home and pretending that it’s a normal evening.
Getting older isn’t fun, is it? I’m only 23 and I’m already feeling old, tired, exhausted, weary…
California must be so exciting! The sea, the weather, the accent! In comparison to California Austria seems to be a dull and sad place!
*still pondering over "the more achievable goal"*
