Three days in Northumberland
marktbird2 Started conversation May 14, 2005
Just returned from three days in Northumberland, England.
Day one, walked the part of Hadrian's Wall and the Pennine Way which are to be found in the Northumberland National Park.
Day two, hired a bike and cycled part of the national cycle route 68, then visited the charming villages of Allendale Twon, Allenhead and Alston which are in the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (ANOB).
Day three walk another part of the Pennine Way, went the Rheged visitor attraction to watch two IMAX sized films on Everest and Forces of Nature.
A very enjoyable three days.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
