East Sussex, as noted by Biologist and Author Lyall Watson, has a powerful energy field, on a par with that found at the Sargasso Sea [known as the Bermuda Triangle].

The invention of Television, by the Scotsman John Logie Baird, is one example of the magic the area, particularly Hastings - built on reclaimed riverbed - contrives.

Water – its component elements - is an essential ingredient for transformation of quasi-atomic energies.

For example a prehistoric race devised a tool able to effect quantum mutation of carbon materials in all states, solid through gaseous. The instrument, able to target local else more widely dispersed regions ultimately brought about “The Fall of Man”; not to mention inundations of “Biblical” proportions. Indeed the Bible is directly influenced by the cause and effect of the tool upon the human race.

Does such an instrument/tool exist in modern times? If it does was it developed or inherited or rediscovered?

If yes then we may expect its use to be the cause of seemingly impossible feats; for it is at the level of impossibility this technology exists. For example the purposeful disruption of the “Jet Stream”, which high in the atmosphere flows about the Earth; with the result that weather patterns may be dramatically altered, would be a realistically achievable aim for those disposed to such activity.
