A quick visit to see the to find out what my blood test results were when I visited the hospital clinic a couple of weeks back.
the results were:
HbA1c = 6.3% (3.9-5.9)
Chol = 4.69 (0-5)
MicroAlbumina = 3 (0-30)
Creatine = 77 (40-110)
A:C = 0.3
So looks like I passed this set

My cholesterol is slightly lower than yours though
It is often raised when associated with hypothyroidism, but I do try to avoid too much fat and have porridge for brekkie 3 times a week.

The HbA1c number remains the same as it was 6 months ago so that's good (I think it could be better but I'm told I'm doing fine by the doctors).
It's hard work but if you can get lower numbers it should make you feel better as well as the whole D related complications stuff, but you know that anyway
Porridge the thought makes me want to throw up! I would have liked a HDL/LDL breakdown but I didn't see one with the numbers on the letter (the handed me the letter to copy the results from).
