h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

 A pretty uneventful day today, the highlight - if you could consider it a "highlight" - was seeing some poor bloke slip over on a sizable heap of dog turd, how we laughed. And then we saw he'd actually hurt himself and shut up.
Any way then I came across this site after listening to Douglas Adams'radio program. I wrote an entry for the guide entitled grapes - warning its not that funny to begin with and gets less so every time you read it - and am now channeling my energies into thinking up a decent entry any way I'm off now to find out how to give myself a name rather than a number.

Hey, don't worry yourself too much about the grapes entry, I can be a pretty serious and unfunny person too. Go check out my entry: History of Eric Clapton. Not much humour there. Not much humour in this either. But it dishes out info, and that's just as important as humour. Isn't it?

Man, all this serious talk bugs me.
