Dublin has a little known treasure, a collection of glass marine creatures made by the Blaschka family in Dresden in the nineteenth century. An exhibition will continue at the Natural History Museum on Merrion Square until early in January.

This sounds interesting - do you think there's a guide entry in it? You'd have to do some researches, but I guess that shouldn't be too difficult for you. I love researching things for my guide entries, I always learn so many things.

I'll think about this. In the meantime, the Blaschka family are hot news on the web. Searches using that name with "Crystal Creatures Dublin" or "soda glass" bring up hours of reading material. A photo search is really worth doing.
