h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

 Thank you, editors. They're back. However, you didn't delete the second last one - that is, the one before the one before this one - I think.

Only because 'reply' is the only option to edit a journal entry, you understand, and not because my journal entries are feeling lonely 'cos no one is talking to them.

And not because I reckon that I'm such an interesting kind of guy, that the only posts worth replying to are my own.

And not because I suffer the disease common to all of being anally retentive.

But probably because I have this unusual compulsion of having to fill up lots of white space in order to practise typing skills because my job only involves waiting for other people to do things before I can do things.

Boredom? Hah! I laugh in the face of boredom.

I give boredom a swift kick in the unmentionables, and then another one for good measure, before running free of its tenuous grasp, and galivanting over wind swept summer fields of corn. Except it's raining at the moment, and nobody grows corn at this time of the year in this part of the country.

It is kinda windy, though!
