We heard back from the homeowner today.
She didn't trust any of our tests, apparently, and got a set of her own done. Needless to say, they've confirmed our earlier results.
So she's already fixed the water problem by installing a ultraviolet light to kill the bacteria in the well water. She's still waiting on the results of the radon testing, but we're feeling much more confident that this will be fixed as well.
And, we heard the results on the sewerage system and it has been certified as fully operational.
We're getting back on track, and once the radon sitution is cleared up, we'll be moving forward again!

Just happened by and wanted to wish you luck.
We bought our first (current) house about 2 1/2 years ago. No well or basement, so no bugs and radon, but stressful nonetheless.
Good luck to you!

Good luck Jimi, I've not had the privilidge of buying a house yes, just renting. But even that was stressful enough.

Thanks Menza!
I'm starting to think Realtor horror stories are much more common than one would think! Kate just went through hell to find an apartment and her sister Liz is struggling with finding a rental as well!
