Ka-Boom!
I hit 200 visits to my page sometime over my lunch break today!! I don't know who was number 200, but thank you! 
In 24 days, this page has received 200 hits! That's not bad considering I didn't know if anyone was out there before I installed the counter!
I'd still like visitors to say hello, merely by clicking below to respond to this forum entry, the next five researchers will receive a link back to their page (as well as some type of friendly welcome message)!

I have a link counter on my page which hit 1000 because of the engagement etc but for some reason they decided to reset it so it only shows a couple of hundred. Just goes to show that you get what you pay for! Do I get a link now?

Of course, but from the looks of my counter you're only visitor "68." I guess the good counter people are overwhelmed!

Well I am gob-smacked! When I chose the article for Soapbox Susie I didn't realise that pensylvannia was a reference to an actual article. I thought he had just plucked a topic out of thin air as an example. I should have checked it out and I apologise for giving homepage space to someone who can't even be bothered to be constructive in their criticism. I will remove the link at once.
BTW I thought the article was good!

No worries! I was for a few minutes, but after I'd vented in my forum...
I just wish he would have waited until I was done with the page before his rant!

As I say when you see the full picture you realise just how unconstructive he was! I've had the knife stuck into me too over a couple of pieces. I don't understand why people have to be insulting about it though, after all we are none of us professional writers!
