Fatigue Poisons
DickieP Started conversation Feb 11, 2000
Now, I know that having a few drinks after work is a surefire way of making yourself feel tired the next day, but all week I have been absolutely hanging at work. I thought originally that the aforesaid drink may have been the culprit, but last night I had the night in and today I feel worse than earlier in the week. Nasty business. i suspect that someone's been putting fatigue poisons in my coffee. Either that or the age old "don't do any exercise so have got no energy" equation is coming into play. Maybe it'll be better when I move into my own place.
I suspect that I am making too many assumptions about the way my lifestyle will change when I move into the new place in a week or so (assuming already that I will get it and that I haven't been gazumped). There's the better eating regime, the start of more exercise, the more html-ing pledge, the cutting down on the booze and fags and the list goes on. Maybe it will help, but maybe it'll just end up with me being the same old blob, but having to walk to work and share a bathroom. Hey, ho, it's a big old exciting world the future.
Waiting too for the fall out of all the naff work politics and stuff today. Boss is back, but is being suspiciously quiet and restrained about things. Could be fun when it erupts, then.
