The Tick is a comic hero. He's dumb, but has a heart of gold. And a nigh-invulnerable body. Kinda like a super hero winnie the pooh. Only he's a tick, not a bear. And he's blue.

Best cartoon about a stupid nigh-invulerable blue superhero ever.
The comic (sorry, graphic novel) is really good too.
The live-action version...well, kinda goofy.
