h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Well, my ever complex relationship with a certain someone has gotten so complex, neither of us know whats going on, except were commited best friends, and if anything else happens, well thats fun. So, dealing with depressive spirals brought on by overstress has shaken me a bit, but Im better now.

Just updating the intro, expect another post real soon on Simon Travagalia (the Bastard behind the BOFH), and the following poem, which reveals a little of my working ethic

A rumour flies around the Deck
Rotted timbers fill the hold
MAtter of time my crewmates say
Gloomy outlook feels so cold

The tales be true the captain says
Worms eat through wooden beams
Neglect has hurt our ship, our home
Once proud flags now tattered seams

Our mates ignore the duty bells
Whats the point I hear them ask
"If she's going down, best in the fleet"
I state and carry out my task

I hear the calls from down bellow
Hull is breached, our voyage ends
"Prepare to leave" the captain shouts
I fear again will I see friends?

I walk past my ships old Dock
How many lives were lost that day?
I never sailed after that loss
I hope my mates all found their way.

oooh shiny lights.... And so on.

Poetry.com 's copyright rules are pretty much the same as here, I retain all rights, they get to publish, and copyright the anthology (ie- they copywrite it as a whole book, not an individual item), therefore its mine to do as I please, I can sell it if I want (Well, If someone else wants to buy it more to the point).
