I'd have thought you'd be suffering from permanent jet-lag with that arrangement.

I've always been a bit of a night person anyway
When I'm off I get up around midday and go to bed before daybreak
I do seem to be permanently tired but I have for as long as I can remember regardless of job

I know so many people these days who are permanently tired. Or maybe it isn't just these days; has it always been this way, I wonder?

We need a workend and freeweek as opposed to weekends and working week.
Perhaps.

Ok, a two day working week, and a five day weekend.....
I'm tired....*chuckles* Not thinking on a proper curvy parallel..

Oh! Yes, I see it now. When I go back to work, that's what I'll do. Sod grinding oneself into the ground--it's rarely appreciated anyway. I'd rather be broke and have a life. (So I'm already halfway there....)

"Sod grinding oneself into the ground"
But it's what the spiral shell must be for! Snailrind the mineral or oil prospector.
"I'd rather be broke and have a life."
If it ain't broke don't fix it. Unless you are undead, you probably qualify for both already - 2 senses of the former and a version of the latter which you don't like.
Seriously though, there's a lot more job sharing around these days. More people want it and legislation is forcing employers to at least consider it.
I think I'll keep to a non-working week *and* week-ends off work though.
