in the UK at Xmas a lot of 
people do wear tinsel but usually with some clothes as well
there are always some dedicated followers of fashion who insist on wearing miniskirts and skimpy tops even during the depths of the British winter

I don't get cold...well not *very cold*...I usually end up handing my jacket to one of the kids after the pub...but who isn't warm after a
