Icy, it's really long ago, but I recall having ordered something mild - I'm not used to very hot, my mother used to cook with lots of sugar, few salt and some pepper now and then, that's probably why
There is an Indian restaurant not far from here, but I've never been there, don't even know the name

The best one I've encountered so far Icy is in Glasgows city centre.The Shish Mahal in Gibson St I think it was.It may well not be there now!
But second to none!

If you're into Thai, then the Blue Elephant in Fulham Broadway is fairly unbeatable. The Thai Orchid in Banbury, Oxon is excellent too.

It's all making my mouth water now. I'll celebrate with a big curry when I find another job.

Icy

A tv broadcast has told us not to venture out unless it's really necessary.Theres structural damage in the city and the usual trees uprooted blocking roads etc.
It's duration will certainly last till tomorrow,and emergency services are doing their very best to keep up!
Apparently up north is worse affected.Ferries are being cancelled and major bridges are closed.I'm gonna curl up on the sofa with a blanket and a hot mug of soup.See you all soon

Things are a lot milder todayIn fact you would think it never happened! Wonderful

Slept like the proverbial log Claudia! I'm not so sure that was the last of the wind though but as usual it's been raining

It's raining here at the moment, will do so for the next couple of days according to the forecast . What I hate most about this weather is, that it's so dark all day long.
And now my son wants me to go and buy him a new jacket and trousers , so must dash now
