h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Monsy and NM have come and gone! We had fun for the brief interlude alloted to us- like a conversation right here, only you can see the people you're talking with. Novel idea, eh?

Of course, I was playing tag with Fenny and Shazz on ICQ at the same time- serving as a go-between for their conversations with Monsy, and vice-versa.

It was a blast!

We had planned to go to the Highland's Festival tomorrow at Stone Mountain (gotta get me a kilt!), and hang out with other drunken Scotsmen from around the world, but it was not to be. Monsy called me later this evening, after she and NM had left to find a motel-room for the night, and informed me of the sad news of NM's mom's passing.

Hate it we couldn't do the thing, and that you didn't get a chance to taste my chili- and hate the reason even worse.

Wish I could do something to take your pain away at this time- but the best I can do is offer you my sympathy, and my wishes that you'll always be able to keep your loved-one alive in your hearts. Because as long as they live there, they never really die...
