This editor SUCKS! I am now (after trial and error) formally announcing the formation of P.E.A.S.A.N.T.S. (Poor Editors Are Silly And Not Totally Spiffy acronym thanks to the magnificent Fenchurch Marston Mercury!! And if this footnote doesn't display properly, I'm going to scream!

All aboard who want the journal editor to comply with the same high standards of the other editors here on H2G2!

"We thank you for your support!"

She's a bit miffed because I've been getting the better of her in her "My sex life forum". smiley - smiley And, I may have sent her Monsy's piccy instead of mine last night.

Pssst! Rep! She's aminable to being knocked-up at 2:00 AM! You might want to get really drunk one night, and show up at her door about then. But you'd better bring her beer! smiley - smiley

You really are the pits Shatturday!!....at least I'm far too polite to comment on the fact that you looked like a lady in your pic......but ,then again, maybe you do anyway!!....and you seriously think that you can get the better of me....LOL....dream on sunshine!!
As for *knocking up*...there is only one context for that remark in England....so I would ask you to withdraw that remark immediately....oh and I can't open the *nfo* file on the Sibelius prog?!

I thought that to "knock up", in the context I was using it, meant to "wake up by knocking on a door". Am I wrong? smiley - winkeye

As for the .nfo file, you just need to drop it into a notebook you've got open... smiley - smiley

Well THANKS A BUNCH

Well, Rep, Kirby, and Puz all know what I mean when I say "knock someone up at 2:00 AM"! They're all Brits...

Ain't got a thing to do with what you'll be doing with the toil and strife in the sackeroo! At least, not until later, AFTER you've knocked 'em up at 2:00 AM. I imagine that one could knock someone up after knocking someone up, it would depend on the mood and inclination of the person you knocked up, as to wheather she would want you to knock her up after knocking her up!

In other words, if Rep knocked you up at 2:00 AM, he wouldn't necessarily knock you up in the sack- well, I mean you'd be in the sack when he knocked you up, or he wouldn't be knocking you up, but you wouldn't want to necessarily want to let HIM into the sack WITH you to knock you up. Of course, if he were in the sack with you, he couldn't knock you up in the first place, now could he?
