Well, it could have been worse. London was packed as, the tubes weren't as bad as I thought they would be. The lights were fairly disappointing (if you're into that sort of thing).

I did manage to OD on caffeine, have a decent meal...

Our society is being polluted by Starbucks and all sorts of coffee houses!!! Now... I am a caffiene addict... but I can't tolerate what tastes to me like dirty hot water....

If it tastes like dirty water then it isn't a good cup of coffee, hence the trip to london (well I actually went xmas shopping, but didn't buy anything - I prefer playing christmas chicken (wait until the last possible moment to buy presents)).

Do you get Redbull over there, if not it's probably similar to mountain Dew. Makes me very ill, well when mixed with copious amounts of vodka.

I guess your views on our national drink would be the same.

........ you have Hershey's there!?? My best friend has lived in New Zealand all her life... their big chocolate company is Cadbury's....

Cadbury's is the best - but it's not a kiwi chocolate, it's from Birmingham (England). Although the cadbury's factory in NZ does make some different brands, which are also extremely good...
