October is a neat time of the year in Canterbury. I was skiing at Mount Hutt a few days ago, with perfect spring snow and sunshine. The long weekend gave a chance for a tramping trip at Arthur's Pass. We have also been out on the mountain bikes recently and rock climbing whenever we get the chance. The weather has suddenly cleared up. Canterbury is the place to be!
