whenever I got to a house with sky/cable, I always have to spend 10 mins watching a shopping channel partly for the amusement and partly to remind myself that extra channels aren't always good...

I love QVC and I am proud of loving it. I can do highbrow... but I like to slum it occasionally too.

QVC in German is just the most amusing thing Ive seen - especially when you can make up your own commentary...
At 25 quid a cake it has to have been this big wodge of scrummy, icing topped and really moist piece of excellence hitherto unseen by my eyes? Yes?
