Just when I think things are about to start winding back down to something akin to normal, my tenant tells me he's moving out -- this weekend. (Well, that was last weekend, but he told me on Friday.) So now I'm nibbling my poor little tail off trying to get someone in before the bank starts breathing down my neck for their money. *sigh*

Perhaps you could get a gun and for- no... no, I suppose that wouldn't work. Ho hum. I *did* try though. So, how are you now, lil' mousie?

*queak* ... Got the house rented.. Trying to get someone to paint it, though.. It's in dire need. Still awfully busy and I don't like it.

as my doc told me (she´s trustworthy, believe me) tea´d be better than coffee (sorry, kats-eyes, if you happen to read that, kind of cold turkey for me, really, but you must drink your caffeine all alone in the future) for my poor stomach.
