My sister and bro-in-law's upcoming trip

Looks like my sister and brother-in-law are going to be in Sydney on the 12th - 26th of August. Considering they live in Townsville, this is as close as they will get to Melbourne.

I got an email from my brother-in-law and he asked if I could catch up with them. I think I will go, as I also have friends up there that I wish to see.

I am so happy. smiley - smiley I feel a lot better than I did 2 days ago, and this just topped it right off. smiley - smiley

Glad you are feeling better - a night out or meeting up with your family sounds just what you need. Just don't get stressed as we don't want you getting ill again! We rely on you to run the parties!

Thanks for the reply.

I haven't been down for a week, so that is good. Maybe it is because I met someone on the weekend. smiley - winkeye

A few things.

I rang my oldest sister last night (I was sick of waiting for their reply via email). Looks like I will be in Sydney from the 20-23rd. The cost of flights are only $204 if I pay by tomorrow, or I think the next least expensive flight is about $250.

Well that Wednesday that I was down was the first time in 3 weeks, so I think that I am back on track with life anyway. But thanks for your concern.

However, I am not feeling the best health wise. I have a sore throat (too much kissing) and I still haven't shaken the flu off completely

There are worse ways of getting a sore throat than from too much kissing! Good on ya!

Well I booked the tickets. smiley - smiley I pay for them tomorrow. The flight costs $199 return, however there is $3.40 noise tax, because I am flying into Sydney.

I remember when they brought in the noise tax close to 4 years ago. The money was meant to go to people who live near the airport so they could soundproof their houses. Well no one knows where the money goes these days.

What's she like then, Garibaldi? I remember a certain Mr Dastardly giving me a stinker of a cold about a month ago through kissing - mind you jan* is right because the snogs were definitely worth it!

Very sensible! There are times I regret having such a public relationship on this site! smiley - smiley Sorry if it looks like I'm being nosy - I'm just trying to show an interest. I recently told my family about Doug (and it's a big thing telling my family anything like that because they usually start planning the wedding!) expecting thousands of questions but they asked nothing beyond where he lived and how long I'd been seeing him. It has left me sadly deflated! smiley - sadface
