Had a great weekend, and just what I needed after the stress of the last one! We only did what *we* wanted to do, and it was fantastic!

Judging the weather with quite amazing accuracy we charged off on Saturday morning to take a look at Chedworth Roman Villa, which was really interesting, although the bit on the audio-tour about the "sponges on sticks" made us cringe!

As always though, the weekend went far too quickly, and what makes things worse is my boss has returned from his two week holiday. Looks like I'm going to start getting even more to do now!

So you don't want a sponge on a stick for christmas then?

No thanks! *Shudder* Besides, we've not got a hook you could hang it from in our bathroom! I was wondering though, if you were visiting friends back then, would you take your own sponge-on-a-stick with you?

If that's what they did with sponges on sticks I wonder what they did with soaps on ropes!

I really don't want to think about that! It might give a whole new meaning to "flossing"!
