It has been a rotten week hasn't it. So much detruction and violence.
It makes you think "what is the world coming to?" and wasn't life
better when I was a child!", and I'm not even 20 yet (okay so I am
just a few months shy of enterning my thrid decade on this planet,
but still!). Then I go outside and for once the sun is shining and
the birds are singing and everyone is happy. Maybe this melocony is
just pre-exam tension? So Has anyone got any great ideas to destress
those unfortunate fools sitting exams at the moment???

Well yeah, pretty crap. However it is often too easy to sucked into the media frenzy about any tragedies. Just focus on being the best you can be to yourself and people around you. I hope this isn't too deep Like you said the sun is shining and the birds are singing, and that is pretty cool!
