Well, the good news is that our offer on the house in Ireland has been accepted. It's just North of Athenry (as in The Fields Of, for Celtic fans out there), a dozen miles or so from Galway City. Fingers crossed the survey comes up clean!
That means I have to head home first thing Friday to sort out my place in England - but I'll be back late on Monday, you'll hardly notice I'm gone
