It seems odd to say this with the whole world (theoretically) connected in, and all those researchers registered, and all those forum entries, but why does there only seem to be a half-dozen people really assessing, contributing and being mellow about the whole space, as opposed to the single-issue, I-can-shout-louder-than-you brigade?
Anyway, to those who are playing the game, thank you for your support. I'm trying to develop the inner calm and genuine interest in other people's opinions, but this is my first Bulletin Board experience since Uni (too many years ago to contemplate without a drink) and it's taking a while to get used to it all again.
And anyone who recognised the title as an original (radio series) guide quote gets a bonus point - with another to come if you tell me where it refers to.
So what's new?

Ford talking to Roosta in the disco. You'll have to be more obscure than that round here.
So what's new?

second series, either episode one or two
oh yeah, (I'm sure this has been answered many a time on dna newsgroups but..) why were the radio episodes called fit the first, fit the second... etc
So what's new?

That's why it was only one point Jim .
The "Fit" thing, if I remember aright, came from the chapters in The Hunting of the Snark. Sadly, because I'm a displaced person living in a small foreign flat, I don't have my reference library around me to check these things - so if I'm wrong I apologise.
Key: Complain about this post
