You sure do! It's going to have MASSIVE padding of course. We need you to actually look wider than you are tall.
Also you'll need some good shoes.

Nope...lots of padding...just scads and scads and oodles of padding.
Birks are okay...but you're supposed to be a dangerous supervillan. Don't you think that birks are kind of... friendly, for a supervillan?

Ummm look.. the thing about supervillans is that they have to be really evil and unlikable so that when the superheros catch them and beat them up everyone is happy. Otherwise the superheros just look like big bullies.

If you knew what I thought of first instead of kittens, "clever" would not be the word. "Inhuman" would more likely be the word of choice.
