I had the most fantastic weekend. Busy, busy, busy... It started on Friday with an evening at St Katharine's Dock for a friend's birthday. Found some two return tickets to Genoa for £60 on Saturday (including £40 taxes). Check it out, Ryan Air's brilliant On Saturday night I went to the Olympic British Team's official party (I was a steward), and I was cheeky enough to ask Audley Harrison and Victor Ubogu if I could have my picture taken with them! Also saw most of the British rowing team *swoon* and had a chat with Greg Searle, and said hello to Steph Cook, and Colin Daley. And it was in the London Aquarium so I got to see that too, and they have friendly rays in a tank who come up to you to get tickled. Then I boogied. And on Sunday I went to Brighton for the day and in the evening Sam was playing at Ronnie Scotts and went with a load of friends to see him. It was brilliant!

It was. And I've just got back from Genoa, where I ate incredibly well. Too well, in fact *groan*. Lovely time, though

My weekends aren't normally like that one. Honest! I think that's why I got so excited. It's slacked off since then and in the last couple of days I've been doing very unexciting things like doing the hoovering. Oh well, at least I've got my beauty sleep

Well, thats okay then & I had a weekend away too, so I can't really envy you, although mine was to the Lakedistrict of all exotic locations...
