h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I woke up this morning at 6 am after a long night because there is a tour I have to go on for one of my classes. We went to South Pullman. The guides were very good but I was annoyed by the other on the tour people who weren't in my class. Most of them were little old ladies who asked too many questions and kept touching things they shouldn't in the historic Hotel Florence. The tour was way too long and I was dozing in the bus on the way back.



7:30 pm I bump into SH but I barely recognied him because of a haircut. Then I find out the hard way that SH has a girlfriend: I'm introduced to her. Then SH says they got to catch a train and leaves way too fast. Catch a train? The dumb train runs every 10 minutes!




I go home right after that and stub my big toe inside my dorm room. Half my nail comes off and I have to walk 10 minutes on my bum foot to get some disinfectant, sniffling as I go. At the drug store I buy a lighter and a pack of Pall Malls, then distract myself from my troubles by lighting up by myself in front of a dorm security van.

I come back, dress my wounds, and Sam takes me on simple girls's night in our friend's dorm room down the hall until midnight. I throw away the pack and the lighter. I clear up my desk and go to sleep, dreaming bad dreams about SH.
