last week ended with a unfriendly email sent by my customer not only to me but to my boss and his bosses boss.
actually the whole thing turned out to be a big missunderstanding, but nevertheless the process cannot be stopped now: the hunt for the quilty ones is in place, bad feelings an contions everywhere and of course an internal review. a lot of wasted time and negativ emotions.
