18:41 there is little activity on the street today. the woman across the road at number 39 has the blinds shut. i went to her house, knocked on the door and politely asked her to open her blinds so i could spy on her. she declined. i was escorted off the premises. or so they thought... looking over at her house at 18:45, the blinds are still closed and there is no sign of her husband. who i suspect is having an affair with the dogwalker. i did see him hand in hand with her at a location i cannot name for legal reasons. (house 53)
18:48 looking around at the street through my binoculars there is still no activity apart from mr gibbings waving his fist and cursing at me from his garden gate.

i shall report more upon further activity.
