Fine, been tied up myself with coursework but it's the holidays now, which is nice

Been to Snowdonia, might be going away again but otherwise I've some sleep to catch up on

Did you know catching up on sleep is actually impossible? No matter how much you sleep, you can't catch up on sleep that you've missed, all you do, is stay longer in bed!

well I need 7 hours sleep really and I haven't been getting that. A few days of enough sleep would be great.

We spend our lives mostly living in other people's time. By that I mean when we're at work or school, or at the home of relatives we're on their time. When we're in bed we're on our time. Be good to yourself and give yourself some of your time!
