Well hello everyone, I've been away from the site for nearly two years due to pressure of work! Just came back in and its taken me nearly 30 minutes to sign in! As I see there have been some problems in that area I will not be signing out!
I need to catch up with all the news and see how all my special friends are, its going to take some time!! I must keep in touch better in the future. I am still following the rugby and hope to get back to providing some news in that area again - that is if no one has taken over the job in my absence, hope not, but if they have I will have to find something else to write about. I shall look around and be back in print again soon!! Hope everyone is keeping well, even if the days are long dark and really miserable at the moment. Speak to you all soon.

Dear Red Kite.
A belated welcome back!!. I read your note to Smudger and so agree with everything you say and the advice you offer him.
I shall write to him next. I see that you daughter is getting married in July. I guess you must be very busy with all the preparations. I also love rugby - even at my great age, but get upset when they jump onto a ruck with their boots. Very unkind I think. I do not think that I have ever seen a red kite. It is a type of eagle I think.
well, I hope to meet with you again soon.
Very sincerely,
Christiane AR1

Hi there
Nice to meet you, and after reading Smudgers latest it is good to know that somewhere 'hope spings eternal!'My goodness - do we ever need it!
Yes I like the rugby but it can get a bit rough. Fortunately my distance eyesight is not that good and I mostly miss the boots going in! Of course it could be selective viewing on my part! We have large numbers of Red Kites flying over the fields and house where I live and they are magnificent birds and fascinating to watch as they swoop arouhd the sky. Not so good when I'm driving as they are apt to take my eyes off the road!

Hi Red Kite,
It is dreadful when one cannot log on. I am heartbroken as the one guy who used to fix me up has dcided to leave!!. and I simply do not know enough about the this marvellous piece of techonology - in spite of having used my first one when there were still cards which one had to put in because there were no microchips, and I cannot get around the new tricks of the trade.
Also a carer? WE must get to togethr.
There are some marvellous wild life sites - "My Heart is still thumping " and Websailor is superb. Also LLWaz. They are both good friends of mine.
sincerely
